DMCA Copyright Policy

HeatClip respects intellectual property rights and responds to sufficiently detailed copyright notices. Send notices to dmca@heatclip.xyz (or webmaster@heatclip.xyz with the subject “DMCA”).

Your notice must include

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. The exact HeatClip URL for each allegedly infringing item.
3. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Review and counter-notices

We will review complete notices promptly and may remove or disable access to identified material. Incomplete or misleading notices may delay action. Affected users may submit a legally valid counter-notice to the same address. We may forward notices and counter-notices to relevant parties or service providers as required to process a claim.
